Postage:
UK Postage is a Flat Rate of £2 for orders up to £10, Orders over £10 postage is FREE.
European Postage is a flat rate of £5

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES

We endeavor to send orders out within 48 hours (Monday to Friday)
Most will be sent out Royal Mail 1st class, but large items may be sent parcel post, so please allow for this as delivery time by Royal Mail is out of our control Prove of postage is obtained for every package sent, so if you have not received your goods withing 7 days, or 10 days for larger items, please contact us, so we can inform the post office

RETURNS

Any problems relating to goods must be notifies to ALI-CRAFT by the customer within 5 days of delivery. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in the original condition within 10 days of delivery, unopened and unused, and we will issue a full refund of price paid for item.

We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty Postage charges will only be refunded if you have received faulty goods or wrong items

If returning items please ensure that you get proof of postage from the post office, so if goods are damaged or lost you will be able to claim from the post office, as refunds will only be issues when goods have been received by us and are in full resale condition.
